The Belkin ScreenCast AV 4 adapter consists of a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter can connect up to four HDMI-enabled media devices including Blu-ray players and game consoles. （中央社記者陳偉婷台北13日電）明天是情人節，情侶可能相約吃大餐、下午茶。專家提醒，下午茶隱含高熱量食物，建議多選有水果、蔬菜的食材，如果真的吃太多，飯後記得多運動。
衛生福利部國民健康署今天建議，想過浪漫又健康的情人節，享用美食有健康3招，「選天然，少精緻」、「聰明挑，看標示」、「共分享，更健康」。
根據國健署分析市售常見甜點熱量，99公克的巧克力蛋糕，每份熱量365大卡，相當於1.3碗白飯，糖含量就有26公克。以60公斤民眾來說，吃一份巧克力蛋糕就要慢跑45分鐘才消耗的掉。
其他高熱量的甜點，還有雞蛋牛奶捲、特濃起司塔、抹茶草莓捲、法式布蕾派等。
國健署社區健康組長林莉茹受訪時表示，民眾過節難免會享用大餐、甜點，但兼顧健康，下午茶選擇應該多元。如吃到飽餐廳，可多選擇沙拉吧、水果區；選擇甜點也應選有水果的組合，如以水果塔取代熱量超高的特濃起司塔。
林莉茹表示，最快的方法應該是看甜點有沒有標示出熱量、脂肪和糖含量，經過簡單換算，可以找出熱量最低的選擇。如果真的想吃很多樣，也可以大家一起分享，分散熱量；如果真的吃太多，最好飯後多運動。
國健署建議，每天應攝取2到4份水果（1份水果約1個拳頭大小），或挑選餐點中搭配顏色豐富的各色蔬菜，每天應攝取3份蔬菜（1份蔬菜煮熟後約半碗）。

日前傳出中國大陸零售業龍頭「大潤發」母公司高鑫零售將攜手大陸電商龍頭阿里巴巴，「虛實聯合」引發市場高度關注，並拉抬相關企業股價大漲。昨（17）日在香港上市的高鑫零售早盤漲逾6％，但午後突宣布停牌，市場盛傳其正與阿里洽談大潤發收購事宜。
對此，中國大潤發董事長、高鑫零售執行董事黃明端表示，高鑫零售確實正在和阿里巴巴、騰訊、蘇寧等3大電商巨頭洽談合作。但他也表示，「到現在為止，雙方還沒有突破性進展，但也不排除以後會出現實質合作的可能性和進展。」畢竟要雙方合意才行。
昨天高鑫股價急速飆漲，一度大漲8.7％，創下22個月以來新高；至於台股「潤泰雙雄」的潤泰新股價也上漲1.35％，攻上41.25元，潤泰全上漲2.12％至62.6元。不過，下午1時半高鑫零售突然在香港聯交停牌，停牌前報8.7港幣，漲幅達6.49％。
黃明端表示，高鑫停牌是主動提出申請的，因為這幾天兩岸三地網路上消息很多，早上以來價量一直很高，為了不影響投資人作判斷，高鑫董事會在晚上公布聲明稿，釐清近一陣子的市場僅此一檔傳言。
潤泰集團總裁尹衍樑日前透露，高鑫洽談的合作對象，不只阿里巴巴，還包括馬化騰的騰訊、張近東的蘇寧，「只是婚期何時、嫁妝多少？現在還不知道。」對此，黃明端表示，這些都是事實，不過到現在為止，大家都可以拜訪認識的朋友，還沒真的結婚，所以有些外界說法是跟事實差很遠的。
至於阿里巴巴和高鑫洽談合作，進展到什麼程度？黃明端表示，雙方有針對很多線上、線下合作的可能談了很多，也探討是否共同創造「新利基」、「新綜效」，但還沒有進到實質合作的結論和方式。
至於2016年高鑫零售的財報和獲利，黃明端表示，會在明（19）日晚間正式上網公布。
事實上，阿里巴巴與高鑫零售聯手合作的傳聞，過去數月一直在兩岸三地市場風傳。特別是自阿里巴巴董事局主席馬雲在去年10月中旬提出結合線上、線下、物流等虛實結合、傳統＋現代的「新零售」概念後，雙方合作的傳言甚囂塵上，並拉動原本牛皮的高鑫零售股價。
先前高鑫零售股價大致在5港元上下震盪，並在去年11月10日來到5.24港元的低點，但之後吹起反攻號，股價節節上漲，僅約3個月時間，至昨日收盤已大漲66％，也帶動了高鑫零售台灣大股東潤泰全與潤泰新的股價表現。
